THE LIVING ROOM LEVEL

Up one level from the front entrance and foyer is the living room. The wood burning fireplace works awesome and makes the space super comfy during those winter months. It has the perfect couch / TV set up.

THE UPPER LEVELS

Up to the next level is the 3rd bedroom which is currently set up as the entertainment/video game room. Up one more is the 2nd bedroom with a West facing window. AND up to the top floor is where the magic happens 🙂 The main bedroom is a great size and fits a king bed easily. Each bedroom has it is own level and privacy. It’s a really cool and funky lay-out.

THE COMPLEX

Balmoral Place was built in the early 80’s but has been really well kept and has had tons of upgrades recently. Siding and paint were redone in the past few years. New roofs a couple years ago and windows were all replaced last year. The complex has been offered to be purchased by developers but at this moment in time there is no firm date or sale or purchase agreement in place. It will happen in the next few years but it’s a bit uncertain right now. All I can confirm is that if and when a developer does make it official the purchase price will be a lot higher then $700K. It’s a great time to invest into this complex. Rentals and pets are allowed. Strata docs avail upon request.

THE AREA

The location is one of the most central areas of Port Moody. Walking distance to the famous Rocky Point. Newport Village is across the street. Suter Brooke, The Port Moody Rec centre, Brewers row are all just a few blocks away. The skytrain is up the street and the Westcoast express is not too far away.
