It’s been one of the hot spots for a few years now but more and more amazing shops and stops keep popping up. Our go to coffee shop is definitely Crackle Creme. For beers and eats we frequent The Tuck Shoppe (featured in the video), The Union and Bao Bei is just down the street close the famous Campagnolo restaurant . And the newest edition is this super cute and awesome grocery store called DALINA. The neighbourhood is changing so quick and just keeps getting better and more awesome. It’s a great investment opportunity as there are no rental restrictions, pets are allowed and the strata fees are low. There is also a sweet gym, meeting room and tons of parking.
