Super pumped for my buyers D+D+H for scoring this super cute rancher in Tsawwassen’s Beach Grove area. One of the cutest sub areas I’ve had the pleasure of touring. So many cute houses mixed in with super modern homes. Walking distance to the beach and all the shops on the main drag of Tsawwassen —-> MAP.
The house has some wicked West Coast character and killer potential. Major cabin vibes but over 2000 sq/ft with a nice big flat yard. Day #1 we will be going in hot with some serious man power and a few cases of beer to transform the backyard into a more kid friendly play haven. Stand by for epic time-lapse video. haha !!
