Beautiful Poco Penthouse Sold making our buyers and longtime friends very happy

Continuing the theme of the last couple Macnabs deals, the day after Russ closed out a deal in Central Port Coquitlam, Jordan followed suit. He and his buyers picked up this beautiful Poco Penthouse. Located in ParkGate Apartments complex, this unit is going to be perfect for the soon to be parents. Central to everything that Port Coquitlam has to offer, close to transportation, schools, and everywhere else in the Tri-Cities. More info on the deal below the pictures. Unfortunately we weren’t the listing agents, so don’t blame us for the weak photos 😉

How the Deal Went Down

After losing multiple times in multiple offer situations for Tri-City townhouses, my super savvy buyers hit up this open house and noticed the price drop. It was go time. During my own open house I was hosting, I whipped out my laptop and busted off an offer. We had an accepted offer all tied up on this Poco Penthouse before the open house was even finished. After only a two day subject removal period everything checked out my inspection and appraisal. It’s officially a done deal.

This Poco Penthouse with killer patios is right by Reeves park and Riverside SecondaryAwesome for dogs walks and summer time strolling. A rare top floor penthouse unit with wrap around deck and west exposure. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms over a very spacious 1,200 square feet. The massive rooftop deck has tons of room for a built in Caesar bar. I cannot wait for this house warming party. Very very excited for these guys.

Around Central Port Coquitlam

As mentioned before, there is plenty of green space around this Poco penthouse. Other than Gates Park, Colony Farms Regional Park and the Poco Trail and in very close proximity. Gates Park is home to the world famous Pajo’s Fish n Chips, one of three locations. Just outside of Downtown Poco, this is the area of the Tri-Cities that has the most smalltown feel. Grab a latte at Waves Coffee, then swing on over to the Poco Lanes to plane some old-school 5 pin bowling. Coquitlam Centre is just 5 minutes away where you can do some shopping at the mall, and jump on the Evergreen Line and be downtown in 40 minutes.
