This Harbour Place home is perfect for one with a project in mind

This was a crazy one. We knew it would be a bit of a journey with this one because we knew that this house needed its work. And a journey it was! We knew we were looking for someone who was willing to do some renovations to purchase this one, of course someone who would live and love this house the way my amazing seller had. Through 2 weekends of open houses with almost 200 people through over the month, we got 2 multiple offer situations for my seller. Our first offer, a great offer sadly fell through because of financing. We moved on and received another great offer that my seller decided to accept. After just an inspection, the house was sold firm. Another happy client in the books! Now to find her her next home of her dreams.

For sale in Coquitlam is a classic suburban home in a quiet secluded neighbourhood. 940 Fresno Place is located in the Harbour Place neighbourhood of Coquitlam. Just off the bustling main through-fares of Como Lake Avenue and Poirier Street, the winding roads of old school Coquitlam will take you to this home. With a mix of hardwood floors and tile, the interior of this home is extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is ideal for gatherings and entertaining with a few chairs around the island. With a wood burning brick fireplace in the living room, it’s perfect for a cozy winter night.

Although a little bit of a sleepy suburb, the Harbour Place neighbourhood is always changing and evolving. Since 940 Fresno is built in the 1960s, it’s constructed in the classic format: family sized house with a huge front and back yard. This house has a sizeable front yard with a large driveway, and a backyard that backs onto a ravine and greenbelt. Although the house has much to offer, the lot size is very accommodating to start from scratch if that’s what you have in mind.
