Super stoked for my buyers who were able to lock down this really special home in Pitt Meadows tonight. It was dramatic and the timeline was intense but we rallied together and called on Joele from Novero Homes to help us inspect the home and crunch some reno numbers. The house is mint but the kitchen needs an overhaul. Most everything else has been upgraded including a metal roof, AC, all new hardi plank siding, new windows and the upstairs has been totally pimped out with new bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s super nice. BUT the thing I’m most excited about is the party deck on one side of the house featuring a hot tub, gazebo, outdoor dining area and a POOL !!!
