Starting on the outskirts is the Workshop, which some say is in Strathcona. 1220 East Pender has some of the biggest sq/ft around and is a true 2 level industrial loft building. Then you cruise back up Main street and starting on 1st is Artect. One of the original industrial loft buildings built back in the 1990’s. (336 East 1st.) Has the biggest common roof top deck and amazing views of the city. Priced range from high $300’s for smaller lofts and high $500’s for the upper roof top deck units. East 2nd has the new school Jacobsen building and the older Mainspace building. A little noisy if you are directly on 2nd but both of these buildings has some killer penthouse units and amazing views. 3rd has the DaVinci and of course the Narrow. 4th is the most happening loft street in the hood. Watershed, Artworks, and the Mecca. 5th has only one loft building – Granite Block. Check out our Pinterest, Facebook Page and Twitter account to follow our lofty posts.
