This new double height loft in Mt Pleasant just hit the market in one of the coolest loft buildings around. Main Street Loft for sale in The Granite Block, is an industrial loft building built with concrete and steel. Shared roof top deck with sick downtown views and 12 spots in the underground for parking. The parking is definitely one of the minor issues because once you sell your unit there is no longer a parking spot associated with that unit. There is a waiting list within the building for the next person on the list who gets first dibs on that new free spot. Interesting technique but it makes sense if there is more units then parking spots. Most of the units are double height with the sleeping area in the upper loft section. Definitely worth checking out.
