Kyle is a good ol’ Canadian boy spending his childhood winters playing ice hockey on frozen neighbourhood ponds, and summers on the waters of Lake Ontario. Originally from the Toronto(ish) area, he has travelled throughout Canada and spent time living in Toronto, northern Ontario, Banff, Vancouver, Kelowna and North Vancouver before meeting his wife Katie and settling down in Coquitlam where they purchased their first home together. After a move to Vancouver Island and calling Ladysmith home for a short time, Kyle and Katie moved back to the Lower Mainland in 2020 and settled in Langley, where they are proud to be putting down roots and raising their two children – Jace and Kenna.
Kyle and his family love exploring their community, meeting local business owners and finding hidden gems in their neighbourhood. He doesn’t refer to himself as a foodie, but loves nothing more than exploring wineries, cideries, breweries and locally owned restaurants. Having lived in so many cities, Kyle is passionate for the Greater Vancouver area, with a special love for Langley and the Fraser Valley. Real estate has always been in Kyle’s blood. Kyle was raised in a family that was regularly buying, renovating, and selling investment properties. One of Kyle’s regular Sunday morning rituals has always been to browse local real estate listings over a cup of coffee to stay on top of market trends, look for investment properties and find his dream home for when his lotto numbers hit.
