Another buyer pulling the trigger and grinding out a “relatively” smoking deal. This 2 bedroom corner unit in V6A starting on the market back in the summer for $899. The last comparable unit sold for $895K back in March. My buyers sold their epic townhouse back in May (West 7th) with hopes of cashing out and moving up the ladder to something bigger. They were patience and diligent. They saw a shit ton of units from New West back to Van and even tossed a couple offers out into the universe but it all happened for a reason and they were able to score this place for $114,000 below the original asking price. DAMN !! Congrats P+L+K. Looking forward to this house warming party 😉
