Really pumped we scored this Commercial Street LOFT for our buddy and good friend Mark. Commercial street is a bit of a hidden gem and this loft building is the only one of it’s kind on the street. The location is really great with quick access to skytrain, trout lake community centre, obviously the Drive and the cute Commercial Street Cafe. The loft is in original condition (built 2000) but has insane amounts of potential. Spread over 3 levels this loft has almost 1000 sq/ft of living space and a huge private roof top deck. Comes with one specific parking space in the secured area in the back alley, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen concept and over 20 ft ceilings on the main. Only 4 residential units make up this tight nit community of loft lovers. Always happy when one of my buddies buys a loft. Can’t wait for this house warming party.
