Super stoked for my clients who just won this 107 year old character home in a heated bidding war. They saw the house on the weekend but flew out to Hawaii the next day. This old house was supposed to be talking offers on the Tuesday but with the snow, they delayed till Wednesday, which gave me a chance to actually see the house in person and start sucking up to the seller and their agent. haha ! They received 5 offers but gave us a chance to revise as we were their favourite candidate out of the bunch. They really wanted a young family to take over as they had put in alot of blood sweat and tears into the reno. So we upped our offer and cut our subject to inspection clause down to 2 days and BAM !! We won. We did inspection and found no deal breakers, so while they were sipping mai tai’s on the beach they pushed a few buttons on their phones and just like that, they officially committed to become the new owners of this awesome house. CONGRATS GUYS !!! Can’t wait to see what you do to the place and can’t wait for the house warming party 🙂
Such a sweet location next to George St Cunningham Elementary. Part of the new Norquay community and high density zoning. A perfect spot to raise a family. The house is an oldie but has been completely gutted and redone over the past 10 years. Check out the pics and more details below.
