After the original deal before us collapsed due to the new foreign buyer tax, the buyers walked after the new tax rules would have added $150,000 to purchase price. My buyers were able to score this house well under $900k. After inspection, appraisal, a few walk throughs, a bunch of discussions with lenders and reading all the remediation reports we pulled the trigger and I’ve finally successfully sold an ex grow op. I was extremely cautious and pessimistic but super happy my buyers are able to stay in the area they wanted and have a pretty sweet house to start the next phase of their life in. Congrats guys!
